Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Ironwood Harbor Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Jacksonville region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in hardship programmes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on service connections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
