Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Stonegate Yarrow Hospitality Associates runs guest-focused properties across the New Orleans area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on supplier orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
