Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bluepeak Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Louisville, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 276 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
