Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Holdings and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in carrier rates and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on claims. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
