Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Clearpath Mill Arts Center is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
