Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Highbridge Ember Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Toledo producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Investigate trends in quality documentation and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
