Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Harborlight Sparrow Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Baltimore with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on event logistics. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
