Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Clearpath Beacon Community Partners is a Tampa charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
