Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Westbrook Fern Hospitality is a hospitality company in Fresno with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on food costs. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
