Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Highbridge Fern Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Raleigh. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage response. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
