Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Northwind Bright Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in production lots and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
