Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Clearpath Ridge Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Colorado Springs, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
