Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Westbrook Field Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Reno. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 455 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
