Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Northwind Lakeside Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in service connections and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
