Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Cedar Ember Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Indianapolis producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
