Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Nova Maple Community Partners is a nonprofit in Nashville supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
