Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Clearpath Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Investigate trends in licensing records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on classroom supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
