Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Silverline Sable Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Minneapolis producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in batch records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleanroom operations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
