Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Greenridge Amber Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Reno area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
