Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Clearpath Pine Staffing places workers with employers around Milwaukee, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
