Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Facilities looks after properties across the Omaha region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in supply orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
