Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Pine Manufacturing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in scrap and rework and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
