Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Fernwood Meridian Inspection Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
