Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Northwind Nest Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Fort Worth, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical studies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
