Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Westbrook Wilder Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Tulsa region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in timekeeping and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
