Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bluepeak Maple Pharma develops and makes medicines in Buffalo, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
