Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Forge Arts Center and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in exhibitions and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on event logistics. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
