Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Field Manufacturing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in machine downtime and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on tooling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
