Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Ironwood Yarrow Legal Group is a Houston practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
