Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Greenridge Lantern Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in school calendars and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
