Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Fernwood Pike Medical Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
