Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Ironwood Wren Energy is an energy provider in Cincinnati focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 621 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in hardship programmes and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage response. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
