Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bluepeak North Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Las Vegas, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in regulatory filings and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
