Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Glen Hospitality and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
