Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Amberfield Fern Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in document review and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
