Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Juniper Hospitality Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in reviews and feedback and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
