Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Foxglove Hollow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Albuquerque working with agencies and riders, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in survey data and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
