Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Harborlight Vista Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Toledo region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
