Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Foxglove Rowan Hospitality is a hospitality company in Houston with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
