Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Foxglove Basin Health Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
