Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Harborlight Sparrow Health runs clinics and patient services around Madison. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
