Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Rivermark Cross Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
