Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bluepeak Wren Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
