Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bluepeak Rook Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Boston, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
