Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Harborlight Ridge Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
