Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Northwind Quarry Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
