Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Foxglove Yarrow Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Colorado Springs, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in case files and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
