Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Summit North Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Knoxville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 761 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
