Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Associates provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Honolulu, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 764 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in branch operations and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on card disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
