Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Fernwood Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Kansas City area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
